Delete Your DinkTap® Account

You can delete your DinkTap® account at any time from inside the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information. Your match history will be retained, but it will be de-identified so it is no longer connected to your account or name.

How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open DinkTap®.
2. Tap My Profile.
3. Go to Account Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm deletion.

Important: Account deletion is permanent. After it’s completed, you won’t be able to recover your account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, including:

• Account identifiers (email/phone, username, and associations that link you to stored records).
• Profile details (name, bio, photo/avatar).
• Preferences and account settings.
• Social connections (follows/friends, invites).
• Device/session data tied to your account (push tokens, active sessions).

What is retained (de-identified)

To preserve competitive integrity, rankings, and historical stats, we retain:

• Match history (scores, outcomes, timestamps, and match metadata).

This retained match history is stored without reference to your account or name and is not used to identify you.

Anti-scam reminder
